Our Story

It was in the mid-1980s that the story of Armoires Trudeau began. Initially founded in Hawkesbury by Mr. André Trudeau, his father, Jean-Louis, joined him from the outset, taking charge of customer service. Just a few months into operation, the building was ravaged by a violent fire, leaving nothing of the production workshop. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, and thanks to the impressive determination of the team, barely 6 months later, the company resumed delivering custom kitchens and furniture from the building located at 45 Simon Street in Lachute.

In the 1990s, Marie Josée Trudeau, André's sister, joined the company. At the same time, an automated CNC production machine was installed for the first time. It was a significant innovation at the time, and above all, a sign that the company intended to innovate for many years to come.

Finally, in 2021, Mr. André Trudeau stepped down, passing the torch to the next generation, marking a significant technological turning point throughout the organization, supported by a vision and a desire to continue serving our loyal clientele well.
